Position: Behaviour Support Worker ASAP
Calling all energetic and passionate individuals!
Academics, a leading recruitment agency based in Halifax, is looking for a fantastic Behaviour Support Worker to join a friendly school in Huddersfield!
Do you have a passion for working with children and a background in sports, dance, or a similar activity?
In this full-time role, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 children. You'll be responsible for:
Engaging with children in a positive and motivating way.Supporting teachers in creating a well-managed classroom.Encouraging good behaviour and helping children develop positive social skills.We're looking for someone who:
Has a genuine enthusiasm for working with children.Brings a positive and energetic attitude to the role.Has a sports background, dance experience, or a similar activity that can be used to engage children.Is a strong communicator and team player.Is committed to safeguarding children.The successful candidate will be offered:
