Overview
There is a lead professional role for a highly motivated, experienced, proactive School Business Manager to join All Saints Catholic College, having a key strategic role working closely with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team, and playing an active part in school life.
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category and we were judged “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life” in terms of our S48 inspection by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate in March 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our College making substantial progress under current leadership. In turn, we are looking for a candidate committed to playing a part in transforming the lives of our young people.
Responsibilities- Lead on financial management, facilities and site management.
- Engage in strategic planning and ensure compliance and best use of school resources.
- Be an enthusiastic line manager of the finance, IT and premises teams, with the skills to drive continuous school improvement.
- Contribute effectively to the senior team to ensure the school meets its educational aims.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of leading on financial management, facilities and site management, and will be an effective part of the leadership team with extensive organisational skills.
