Stafflex Education is looking for experienced Secondary SEND Teaching Assistants to provide flexible, day-to-day cover throughout the summer term, with potential longer-term placements from September 2026.

• Support pupils one-to-one or in small groups, including SEN students
• Assist teachers in delivering lesson content and strong behaviour management
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with teachers and SENDCOs to meet individual learning and emotional needs

• Weekly PAYE pay and separate holiday pay
• Local placements to help reduce travel
• Personalised support from experienced consultants
• Flexible, short-term cover throughout the summer term, with potential long-term roles from September
• 24/7 assistance whenever you need it
