We're working with a thriving secondary school in Huddersfield looking for an enthusiastic PE Teacher to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sport, physical wellbeing, and helping young people build confidence through physical education.

Whether you're leading a competitive football fixture, introducing students to new sports, or encouraging participation from those who'd rather avoid the changing rooms, you'll play a vital role in creating positive experiences that last far beyond school.

• Teach Physical Education across KS3 and KS4
• Plan and deliver engaging practical and theory-based lessons
• Encourage participation, teamwork, resilience, and healthy lifestyles
• Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to students
• Support extracurricular activities, clubs, fixtures, and school sporting events
• Create an inclusive environment where all students feel confident to participate

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Has experience teaching PE within a secondary school setting
• Can motivate and engage students of all abilities
• Has strong behaviour management and classroom leadership skills
• Is passionate about promoting health, fitness, and wellbeing
• Brings energy, positivity, and creativity to every lesson

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
