Job Title: Apprentice Science Technician

Location: Waterfront Huddersfield

Hours and Weeks per Year: 37hrs/52weeks

• Support senior science technicians with daily duties, including organising apparatus and resources prior to lessons.
• Construct, prepare and check specialist equipment necessary for practical lessons.
• Oversee storage and replacement of resources required for science delivery and assist teaching staff with demonstration of practical work.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage with young people.
• Excellent understanding of equality, diversity and the College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
