Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEND Support pupils with Autism (ASD) , ADHD , SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) , learning difficulties, and additional educational needs Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement Work closely with teachers, SENDCOs, and pastoral teams to support individual learning plans Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment We're Looking For We welcome applications from candidates with experience as:
