Academics is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Support Assistant to support pupils with SEMH in Huddersfield's SEN schools. You will work closely with teaching staff to promote positive behaviour, emotional wellbeing and academic progress.
In this role you will provide one-to-one and small group support, implement individual behaviour plans, and collaborate with SENCOs to ensure consistent support across lessons. A patient, nurturing approach and DBS clearance are essential.
