As an ECT Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across your subject or key stage.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support pupils in achieving their academic potential.
• Build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings where required.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or ECT status.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• A passion for education and pupil development.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

• All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
