Contract and Working Hours

Working Hours:

Annualised hours, operating Mon‑Sat with shifts from 7.30am to 6.00pm (rota provided in advance).

Hours:

Around 40 hours a week.

Full UK manual driving licence required.

Trainee Technicians: starting salary of £28,555.
Experienced Technicians: competitive salary up to £32,693.30 + bonus potential.

No two days are the same. You’ll be based in one of our centres or out on the road, meeting customers at their homes or workplaces—repairing and replacing vehicle glass to the highest standards using industry‑leading tools. Your role is about solving problems and delivering care that makes a difference.
