Where will you be working? We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. Were problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure. This role will be within our Demand management and network infrastructure team.

We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers. Want to be a part of it? What will you be doing? As our Operational Task Team Leader, youll be instrumental in driving the repair and maintenance team responsible for Yorkshire Waters clean water distribution system. Your remit will include managing the daily schedule of works, setting up compliant live sites, and demonstrating an excellent level of customer engagement.

We'll need you to have to have a good understanding of health & safety procedures and to check and report vehicle defects or maintenance - this is essential. To excel in this role, you'll need to be someone who is dedicated to safety procedures. This role requires an individual who is highly skilled in managing a team, setting up live sites compliant with legislation, and engaging with customers effectively.

You'll be working with a team of skilled professionals, and you'll be responsible for maintaining Yorkshire Waters clean water distribution system and day to day will be liaising with customers, office & supervisors. We'll need you to carry out this role to a high standard making sure you always follow M Groups policies and procedures. Standby and weekend work will be required.

What you'll bring Do you hold a NRASWA and NPORS Mini Digger accreditation? Have you gotEUSR x5 Mandatory Course? Do you have experience in the water industry? Have you got great Customer Service Skills? Do you hold a valid UK driving licence? Do you have a good understanding & proven experience of the clean water network? Have you got a good IT skills including the use of a laptop and mobile phone?
