The Role

As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day engineering operations across a prestigious commercial site, ensuring compliance, service delivery, and maintenance standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing planned and reactive maintenance activities

* Supervising and supporting a team of engineers and subcontractors

* Ensuring all statutory compliance and health & safety requirements are met

* Overseeing electrical systems and associated building services plant

* Managing permits, documentation, and compliance records

* Acting as the main point of contact for site stakeholders

* Supporting the development and performance of the engineering team

Requirements

* Level 3 Electrical Qualification

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* 2391 Inspection & Testing

* Previous experience within commercial building maintenance

* Supervisory or management experience preferred

* Strong communication and organisational skills
