Field Service Engineer

The Role As a Service Engineer, youll play a critical role in maintaining and supporting key equipment and systems that underpin business operations and customer delivery. This role involves regular travel across the UK and occasional travel within the EU , supporting customers on-site.

Key responsibilities include:

Servicing, maintaining, and repairing equipment Diagnosing and resolving technical faults Responding to service requests in a timely manner Minimising downtime and ensuring operational continuity Maintaining accurate service records and documentation Travelling to customer sites across the UK and occasionally Europe
