First Bus offers a paid, hands-on route into engineering where you earn while you learn and build a long-term career with a major UK transport company. You will receive full training to become a qualified Mechanical/Electrical Engineer.
You will learn to maintain and repair buses, diagnose faults, carry out servicing, and gain hands-on experience at a bus depot or engineering workshop, with college blocks to build technical knowledge and a mentor engineer to guide you.
