The Role:
This role is for a Principal Mechanical Design Engineer—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed.
You'll be leading a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:
- Lead and line manage the team, coordinating workloads, resolving issues, and ensuring delivery against timescales, KPIs, and customer requirements.
- Lead complex, high-value projects, delivering innovative, technically advanced solutions and providing expert guidance.
- Drive quality in simulation deliverables and lead continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery stream.
