Management Accountant

We are supporting an established international manufacturing business in their search for a Management Accountant. This role will be instrumental in producing accurate financial reporting and identifying opportunities to enhance processes. You will work closely with teams across various business units, delivering insights and analysis that support informed commercial decision-making.

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and analysing variances

• Manage journal postings, accruals, reconciliations etc

• Improve and maintain financial controls and processes

• Contribute to group consolidation

• Prepare annual statutory financial statements

• Support development of reporting systems

• Liaise with external auditors and support the audit process

• Qualified or Part Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

• Experience working within a manufacturing environment

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Strong work ethic and proactive approach to learning and development

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
