The Opportunity:
Butler Rose are proud to work in partnership with a thriving professional business, who are seeking to appoint an experienced Payroll Administrator on a 12-18 Month Contract to join a friendly payroll team based in their offices within the Huddersfield area. This varied role is ideally suited to an experienced payroller with previous experience undertaking full end to end payroll processing for both small and high volume payrolls on a weekly/fortnightly/monthly, either in-house or bureau based experience will be considered!
RoleResponsibilities
- Processing payrolls on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis via Brightpay
- Dealing with HMRC and processing RTI submissions
- Auto enrolment/pensions
- Processing of starters/leavers, P45/P46 & P60s
- Processing SSP/SMP/SPP, running reports as required
- Process employee payment details
- Update with pension providers
- Handle payroll enquiries in a confident, polite manner providing an effective and swift resolution.
- Experience with in a similar full end to end payroll processing role dealing with weekly/monthly payrolls via Brightpay (system training can be provided)
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work as part of a team and possess great communication skills
to c £31K + 5 weeks holiday + Pension + Hybrid Working
