Part Time Finance Manager

An established and growing SME which is transitioning from Sage to Xero is seeking a Part Time Finance Manager to support the business owner and leadership team.

The role can be offered on a part time or full time basis.

The Finance Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations while acting as a trusted partner to the Directors. They will lead a small finance and administration team and help translate financial data into practical, operational actions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ownership of budgeting, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
• Preparation of accurate and timely management accounts
• Oversight of invoicing, credit control and financial compliance
• Liaison with external accountants on quarterly accounts, payroll, VAT returns and year-end submissions
• Analysis of margins, cost of goods and profitability across products, projects and services
• Working on the transition from Sage to Xero
