We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
* Due to the occupational demands, and needs of this service, we are only able to accept drivers for this role*
You'll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living.
We provide a supported living service in West Yorkshire in a number of locations in Huddersfield and coming soon to Leeds. The services provide specialist support for adults with learning disabilities, who may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs within their own accommodation.
