The role of the Living Well Lead is to provide operational management to the team leaders and guidance, support, and professional supervision to the frontline service delivery team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. The Living Well Lead collaborates with the functional stream leads, including supporting compliance and quality assurance programs. They also act as a consultant in their area of expertise to enhance the provision of quality in-home care services.
This is a full time role, operating Monday to Friday across regular business hours, based at our Aspley office.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will provide operational management to the Team Leaders and care providers, ensuring professional supervision, guidance, support and a respectful safe working environment.

The Successful Candidate Will Have Proven Leadership Abilities Supervising a Team And Experience In Change Management, And Be Flexible To Adapt To Changing Priorities. With a Natural Empathy Towards The Elderly, The Successful Candidate Will Have a Drive To Continuously Elevate Service Standards. You Will Need To Have
- Bachelors degree in Human Services or relevant industry experience
- Extensive knowledge of Aged Care funding streams
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current National Police Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
