We are looking for a confident Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding healthcare.
You’ll be working full time 42 hours a week, 12 hour shifts, days only, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Yorkshire Supported Living, Huddersfield.
Due to the needs of this role, we are looking for drivers only for this position.
Supported Living in Huddersfield (Ashfield) provides six tenancies. The service empowers individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviours to live more independently.
We support individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge. This specialist service supports individuals who may have been previously detained within a hospital setting and are ready for a step-down placement with in the local community.

Main duties of the job- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
- Learn about individuals specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with and report on medical & welfare needs

- Salary: £12.60 per hour to £12.85 per hour (£28,005pa)
