Lotus Home Care Limited in Huddersfield is seeking dedicated Health & Social Care Apprentices to deliver person-centred support in clients' homes. This is a full-time paid role with structured training, leading to a Level 3 qualification in Adult Care.
As an apprentice, you will learn to create and review care plans, support complex needs, liaise with families and professionals, and progress toward senior roles such as Lead Care Worker or Supervisor.
