Routes Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant - Driver with Own Vehicle to cover Kirklees South, Huddersfield, Holmfirth and surrounding areas. The role is homecare, visiting clients' homes to provide person-centred care, support with daily living, medication management, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
You will travel between clients, work either solo or in a small team as required, and receive a pay rate of £14.24 per hour (including holiday pay) plus 30p per mile.
