Monday–Thursday: 09:00–17:30 (1-hour break) Friday: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break) Flexibility required for occasional evenings and weekends during live conversions. About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conversions Support Technician. In this role, you’ll work closely with our ETL Developer to support the end-to-end process of data conversions for new and existing customers.

No coding experience? No problem! What matters most is your willingness to learn technical processes, a logical approach to problem-solving, and a strong eye for detail. Full training will be provided. Main

Duties & Responsibilities Collaborate with the ETL Developer to deliver high-quality data conversions for customers Run test conversions in preparation for live migrations Perform customer infrastructure checks ahead of conversion work Validate and check data quality following test conversions. Complete customer personalisation after installation Assist with live conversions (including some out-of-hours work) Maintain conversion documentation and support process improvements Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery Commit to continuous professional development Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable working with data and technical processes (training provided) Logical thinker with good problem-solving skills Proactive and organised, able to manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for live conversions No coding or software development experience required Previous experience in a technical, data-driven, or administrative role is an advantage but not essential.
