This is a strong opportunity for a network-focused engineer with a CCNA who wants to build real hands-on experience across firewalls, wireless, WAN connectivity, and project work — not just sit in a high-volume support desk environment.

- Experience in a 1st or 2nd Line Network Support role
- Ability to troubleshoot routing, switching, and connectivity issues

- Fully funded certifications including Palo Alto PCNSA
- Exposure to large-scale network environments
- Low ticket volume compared to typical support roles
- Opportunity to move into project-focused and senior roles
- Strong technical team and progression pathway
