We’re seeking a motivated and adaptable IT professional with strong troubleshooting skills and a genuine interest in technology. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for students and staff, providing confident, customer focused support.
You’ll assist with the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the College’s IT hardware & software assets and network infrastructure, working within a dedicated team that ensures the organisation’s technical systems run smoothly and efficiently.
QualificationsApplicants will have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills and should be educated to Level 3 (A level or equivalent) or have experience of working in an IT support/helpdesk role
