Probado Ltd. is recruiting for an IT Support Engineer to join a growing MSP, serving a key customer four days per week on-site in Huddersfield.
You will deliver first and second-line support, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with AV setups, user account changes, and 365 services. The role requires experience in Windows environments, MS 365, and face-to-face user support, with ITIL-backed processes and opportunities for certification.
