The firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to manage a varied caseload autonomously, while being fully supported by a collaborative and approachable team. The Private Client department advises on a broad range of matters, including:

• Wills and estate planning
• Probate and estate administration
• Trusts
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
• Inheritance Tax planning

You will ideally have:

• Proven experience managing your own Private Client caseload
• Strong background in Wills, Probate and LPAs
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
