Conveyancer – Huddersfield
A respected and progressive law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing Huddersfield office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer seeking a supportive environment that genuinely prioritises flexibility and work-life balance.
The RoleYou will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The work will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, right‑to‑buy transactions and shared ownership matters.
This role offers the chance to play an integral part in delivering a high standard of client care while contributing to the ongoing success and expansion of the team.
Key Responsibilities- Running a broad residential conveyancing caseload with autonomy
- Maintaining excellent client communication and service standards
- Working collaboratively within a friendly and experienced team
- Assisting with matters delegated by the Partner leading the department
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Supervising and supporting junior colleagues where appropriate
- Participating in networking and business development initiatives
- Engaging in continued professional development and training

About YouYou will be:
- An experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive able to manage your own caseload
- Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team
- A confident communicator with a strong commitment to client care
- Organised, proactive and adaptable
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office
- Motivated to build long-term client relationships and continue developing professionally
