Commercial Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm with a strong regional presence. The firm is ideally seeking a solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, although ambitious candidates with slightly less experience will also be considered. You will take responsibility for a broad and engaging caseload of commercial property matters, managing files with a high level of autonomy while delivering excellent client care and progressing matters efficiently. • Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE in commercial property (or close equivalent experience)
• Confident managing a full caseload and taking over matters at any stage
• Strong IT skills, with experience using case management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong client relationships and effective teamwork
