Through a period of rapid growth, we need a proactive, solutions‑focused Warehouse Manager to lead and support our busy warehouse operation.

• Develop, monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
• Provide strong, hands‑on leadership to warehouse teams, ensuring the team of supervisors and operatives (c120) are motivated, supported and performing at their best.
• Identify opportunities and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Plan and manage rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels across all shifts.
• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and support to Warehouse Supervisors and Operatives.
