SERVICE MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities- Oversee the Service department.
- Work and liaise closely with the Head of Business and Group Operations Director to ensure departmental objectives are achieved and improved upon, specifically unsold hours/idle time/efficiency.
- Ensure the highest standards of courtesy and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Service Manager.
- Experience of managing a medium sized team of technicians.
- Great leadership skills and ability to motivate your team while maintaining the highest of standards.
- 30 days annual leave (increasing with length of service).
