Salary: £55,000-£75,000 per annum

Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, CSE, CCE, Neglect
Qualifications

Required:

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
Experience in Years

Required:

Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a Children's Home

We're looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a strong Deputy Manager ready for their next step. You'll be a compassionate, driven, and proactive leader who thrives on creating a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for children and young people. You must have a track record of delivering high-quality care in line with Ofsted standards and leading teams to success.

You'll be joining a well-established provider with a cluster of homes in Huddersfield and ambitious expansion plans. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not only focused on running a successful home but also aspires to oversee multiple homes in the near future.
