• Technical Maintenance & Problem Solving: Tackle complex issues, conduct thorough inspections, and perform preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance. You’ll help identify and eliminate manufacturing constraints and implement lasting solutions.
• Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) Champion: Prioritize workplace safety by promoting HSE standards, addressing hazards, and ensuring safe practices are always followed.
• Resource Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to manage resources effectively, from tools to specialty machinery, to achieve top‑notch results.
• Quality Assurance & Documentation: Ensure the integrity of our processes through quality inspections, documentation, and equipment failure analysis.
• Adaptability & Continuous Improvement: Embrace a dynamic work environment by adapting to change, optimizing processes, and supporting environmental initiatives.

• Technical Expertise: Electrically biased with a mechatronic background, strong assembly line maintenance experience, and hands‑on skills in troubleshooting and repair.
• PLC Knowledge (Preferred): Experience with Allen Bradley, Siemens, or Mitsubishi PLCs is a plus.
• Commitment to Safety: Familiarity with maintenance safety systems, particularly Lock Out Tag Out procedures, to ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborative Team Player: Able to build strong partnerships, communicate effectively, and contribute to shared goals.
