Print Room Operative

Location: Huddersfield

Duration: Temporary - Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 3:30pm (30 mins for lunch and 2 x 10mins breaks during the day)

Pay: 13.21, (review in April 2026 and annually thereafter)

This hands-on Print Room Operative role offers varied, interesting work and clear career progression. Key duties:

• Assisting in the day to day running of the Digital Print room (training provided).
• Operating printing and coating machines (any experience with Roland printers or laminators is advantageous however training can be provided).
• Preparing materials for upcoming jobs.
• Work does involve manual handling.

Essential competencies:

• Computer literate (Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop knowledge advantageous)
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Excellent communication and telephone manner
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
