Maintenance Engineer

Are you a maintenance engineer with experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment?

In this role you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a range of production and facility equipment. You will work closely with production teams to diagnose faults, improve reliability, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

• Maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Electrical and/or mechanical background
• Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Any background considered

• Carry out reactive and planned maintenance on production machinery
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects
• Continental shift (days and nights)
• Lead and supervise a production team on a day-to-day basis
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are met
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Support training and development of team members
