Overview
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Specialist Manufacturer
Location:
Huddersfield
Salary: £40,000 + Pension + Overtime + Bonus
Shift Pattern:
Days, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
Reference: Jo7282/LN
Responsibilities- Take responsibility for day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring work is carried out to high standards and machine efficiencies are maximised.
- Work on automated CNC machinery and a variety of equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, palletising machines, gearboxes, pumps and other manufacturing machinery.
- Operate with minimal supervision and take initiative; contribute to TPM/PPM systems and continuous improvement.
- Apprentice-trained electrically; mechanical engineering background required.
- Experience of automated machinery.
- PPM/TPM experience; knowledge of PPM systems desirable.
- Salary: £40,000 + Pension + Overtime + Bonus
