We have nine teams across North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield, delivering high-quality care to patients in their own homes and local communities.

Our service operates between 8am and 9pm, with core hours of 8am–5pm. You will work a minimum of one weekend in four and two late shifts (1pm–9pm) over a four‑week period.

The post holder will be expected to be able to travel independently across the borough.
