Locala Health & Wellbeing in Huddersfield is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse for Out of Hours, 20 hours per week across two 10‑hour night shifts (9pm–8am). Permanent role covering North Kirklees and Greater Huddersfield.
You will deliver safe nursing care to housebound patients, perform holistic assessments, support long‑term condition management and work with urgent care services. Flexible working and a strong pension framework are offered.
