Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, plus every other Saturday (with a day off during the following week)

An opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Property Manager to join an established residential lettings team, overseeing the day-to-day management of a fully managed property portfolio.

• Managing tenant applications, tenancy agreements and move-in packs.
• Ensuring compliance documentation and property records are up to date.
• Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and contractors.
• Liaising with landlords, tenants and utility providers.
• Processing invoices, property charges and tenancy deposit claims.
• Conducting check-in and check-out appointments and reviewing inventories.
• Preparing and serving relevant tenancy notices.
• Managing queries throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

• Previous experience in residential lettings or property management is desirable.
• Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively within a team.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential.
