Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client a growing well established and successful company in their field for a Lead Generator/Telemarketer to join their team on a full time permanent basis
Location - Huddersfield - Milnsbridge

The Role

• We are looking for a confident, target-driven Lead Generator to create new business opportunities by booking qualified appointments for the sales team.
• You ll be the first point of contact for potential clients your professionalism and resilience will make the difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to introduce the company services.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team working alongside BDMs
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs for calls and appointments.

What we are looking For

• Experience in lead generation or telesales (preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• Organised, resilient, and motivated by targets.
• hardworking, excellent team player
• Confident working to targets
