As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong, lasting relationships with customers, identifying their needs, achieving monthly sales targets, and delivering an exceptional end-to-end customer experience that reflects both Hondas values and Riversides commitment to excellence.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles.
• Proactively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, delivering positive Finance, Insurance & Protection (FP&I) revenue.
• Manage and nurture all enquiry leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and maximise renewal and retention opportunities within the existing customer portfolio.
• Guide customers through the full sales journey, from initial enquiry to handover, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.
• Maintain accurate and timely records using CRM systems.
• Sell with integrity at all times, ensuring full compliance with FCA guidelines and internal processes.
• Represent Honda and Riverside Motor Group with professionalism, passion and pride.

• A professional appearance and approach.
• The ability to build solid, long-term relationships with customers.
• Confidence in your ability to engage and influence, bringing your personality to life.
• Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
