Are you motivated by sales success and looking for a clear pathway to grow your career? Dortech Direct Ltd is a rapidly expanding eCommerce supplier in the construction sector. We are now seeking a proactive Trade Account Manager to strengthen our sales team and help drive further growth.

The RoleAs part of the sales team, you will:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of trade accounts.
- Make proactive outbound B2B calls to generate new opportunities.
- Use our CRM to track pipelines and customer activity.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to deliver targets and build long-term client partnerships.
- Build product expertise across our specialist range, which includes sealants, glazing tools, membranes, and other construction consumables.
- Experience: At least two years in telesales, business development, or account management.
- Skills: Confident communicator, strong negotiator, and relationship builder.
- Tech‑Savvy: Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with construction products or eCommerce environments.
- First Interview (approx. 1 hour): Review of experience, IT skills, and industry knowledge. Assessment of ambition, motivation, and drive.
- Second Stage: Practical sales exercise and a career-focused discussion, including KPI-linked pay progression.
