Permanent, Full-Time The Opportunity We’re seeking a skilled and customer-focused Electrician to join our responsive repairs team in Hackney. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated maintenance team, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
The Role As an Electrician, you’ll deliver high-quality electrical repairs, installations, and testing services across residential properties. Your expertise will help keep homes safe and fully compliant with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings.
Perform fixed wire testing and ensure compliance with BS7671 regulations.
Complete certifications and documentation accurately.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Provide excellent customer service while meeting performance targets. Essential
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Electrician with experience in domestic and commercial environments.
Strong understanding of electrical systems up to 230v/415v.Ability to certify work to industry standards.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications:
City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).Full UK driving licence. Desirable:
Over 2 years’ experience conducting EICRs.City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.
A basic DBS check will be required (arranged and paid for by us). What’s in It for You Van and fuel card provided
