Applicants must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently and calmly, and be able to work to tight deadlines, having excellent organisational, administrative and IT skills.
The successful candidate will be working alongside our Attendance Officer, undertaking tasks relating to data input, customer service and reporting, and experience of any of these areas would be beneficial, but training will be provided.

All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category, and we received a “Good with Outstanding Catholic Life and Mission” judgement from our Catholic Schools Inspection in March 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our College making substantial progress under current leadership. In turn, we are looking for a candidate committed to playing a part in transforming the lives of our young people.
