Social Worker - Social Services Team Royal Infirmary

Looking to appoint as a Level 2 or Level 3 Social Worker.

This job is based at the Hospital Team, Huddersfield Royal Infirmary, Acre Street, Lindley, Huddersfield, HD3 3EA
but you may be required to work at other locations as and when required.

Looking to appoint as a Level 2 or Level 3 Social Worker. The contract will be a 5 over 7 day contract as weekend working will be required for approximately 1 in 7 weekends. You will receive a 1.81% enhancement of your pay to cover weekends and Bank Holiday working.

You will be part of a busy team which works closely with the multi-disciplinary team to facilitate timely and safe discharges from hospital.

The work is varied and challenging, but the role is key to ensure people achieve their outcomes.
