SALARY:
Hourly rate paid at £14.00/hr for assistant coaches (minimum of NGB Level 1 qualification required to assist) and £17.00/hr for lead coaches (minimum of NGB Level 2 qualification required to lead).
WORKING PATTERN:
Discretionary sessional hours per week (including evenings and weekends).

We are seeking purpose-driven Casual Community Sports Coaches to support the delivery of the Foundation’s charitable programmes across Education & Sport. These roles will be crucial in supporting children in educational & community settings across Kirklees—ensuring our community can GROW through learning and opportunity, BELONG through connection and inclusion, and THRIVE through improved wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications- Plan and deliver engaging and fun sessions that are relevant to the participants and the overarching aims of our projects.
- Be passionate about using the power of sport to engage with and inspire people of different ages and from different backgrounds.
- Maintain excellent organisational skills, ensuring sessions run smoothly and meet quality standards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive learning environment.
