Full-Time LCSW​/LPC

Transform lives as a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with Mind Care Solutions in Hudson, Colorado. This role provides critical mental health services within a correctional facility.

Mind Care Solutions is seeking licensed professionals to join their team-oriented approach to mental healthcare. You will conduct mental health evaluations, provide therapy, and develop treatment plans tailored to incarcerated individuals. Join a supportive organization committed to making a difference in high-need areas while working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments for incarcerated individuals

• Provide individual and group therapy addressing mental health issues

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans

• Assess and intervene in mental health crises as needed

• Monitor patient progress and adjust care accordingly

Requirements:

• Active LCSW or LPC license in Colorado

• Clinical experience in mental health settings preferred

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and substance use disorders

• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
