CPI is seeking a dynamic professional to fill a dual‑role position as Business Development Operations and Marketing Lead for our Composite Structures business. The role combines strategic business development operations with creative marketing to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 per year.

• Business Development Operations:
  • Data analytics & metrics:
    Analyze sales pipelines, customer data, and market trends using Excel and data visualization tools.
  • CRM management:
    Administer Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and improve sales performance.
  • Lead management:
    Develop and implement strategies to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Performance tracking:
    Monitor and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Collaboration:
    
    Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities and streamline processes.
  • Trade‑show coordination:
    Manage logistics for trade shows, including booth layouts and rentals.
• Marketing Support:
  • Marketing collateral:
    Create brochures, presentations, and other materials.
  • Social media:
    Develop and execute strategies to increase engagement and promote the business.
  • Website updates:
    Manage  content to ensure a user‑friendly experience.

• Compliance with ITAR/EAR:
  Must be a “U.S. Person” as defined by the regulations.
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• Experience:
  • 3+ years in business development operations, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing CRM systems and analyzing data metrics.
  • Experience in social media management, website updates, and creating collateral.
• Technical skills:
  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Soft skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
