This is a full-time hybrid position for a Construction Estimator based in Hudson, MA, with partial remote work flexibility. The Construction Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, developing project budgets, and providing cost analysis for various residential and commercial construction projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and the team to ensure projects are efficiently planned and executed.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing project documents, collaborating with subcontractors, and maintaining regular communication to ensure alignment with project goals and budget requirements.

• Experience in Construction Estimating, including preparation of detailed cost estimates
• Strong skills in performing Quantity Take-offs and Cost Management for various projects
• Proven ability in Budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors
• Familiarity with construction industry best practices and basic knowledge of building codes
• Proficiency in relevant estimation software and Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in roofing, renovations, or related construction fields is a plus
