Talent Acquisition Specialist – SENKO Advanced Components, Inc.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end hiring for technical, professional, and operational roles, including job postings, sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and industry events to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Promote SENKO’s culture and values in all candidate interactions and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to internal recruitment protocols and employment laws.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and provide market insights.
  • Guide hiring managers during the recruitment process by coaching on interview techniques and selection practices.
  • Track recruitment KPIs and provide regular updates to HR leadership on hiring progress and challenges.
  • Guide new hires through the initial stages of the hiring process, which can include administrative tasks and introductions to the team.
  • Participate in the onboarding process of new hires.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field required.
  • 3-5 years of experience with the full life cycle of recruitment required, preferably in a manufacturing or technological environment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Linked In Recruiter.
  • SHRM-CP a plus.

Salary Range
  • $24 – $29 per hour
